Youth Sports Injuries
/Every 25 seconds, a young athlete suffers a sports injury severe enough to be treated in an emergency department.
This toolkit was created with one of our partners, Safe Kids Worldwide, to coincide with the release of its report on youth sports injuries. In addition, Prevent Child Injury created a customizable press release that members may distribute and provided links to other websites that have information on this topic.
